Does the faculty work more as a group or a team? what
steps can you take to help move them closer to a team?
The faculty at WHMS works as a team, but they work in their individual teams by grade and wing. They are pretty good at creating interdisciplinary projects with other classes however. I’m not sure how I can make them a better team because they are doing a great job on their own. Since this is the case, I will just try to encourage and support them in any way I can.
